Where are the answers?
It seems we have too much information and not enough real answers!
Hello! Is there anyone out there that really knows how to find answers that are relevant and applicable in today’s world?
How do I know that the information I am finding isn’t just part of another fabricated agenda or masterful marketing plan? Is there a true, dependable and accessible source I can actually trust? I’m looking for answers, for truth, not hype… where do I go?
If you relate to this frustration, there is good news! Answers are absolutely available in digital and analogue form! The challenge is that there are a lot of negative reviews out there that may discourage you from making the best discovery.
“The answer book is the Bible.
Inside the pages you will find the wisdom and instruction on how to form a real and lasting relationship with someone who actually does know everything! This alone is an ample reason for embracing the answer book. Some will contend that the Bible has no relevance in the world of technology and progressive thinking. You will find just the opposite to be true; it has life, and it will light the way for you. The challenge is that most people do not read or study it enough to discover the riches in its pages.
In the 60’s we had it all figured out! Peace, Free Love, Long Hair and Bell Bottom Jeans. What more could anyone possibly want or need? The 70’s and 80’s were sure they had all the answers. Now, just ask anyone under 30 years old, and they will “Google it” or ask “Alexa/Siri” for you!
The Truth never changes; it is the plumb-line upon which you must build. Without truth the entire house will be “un-true.” The plumb-line was used in ancient Egypt by master designers, and it is still used today by wise builders. It may be a laser line rather than a string, but it functions by the same truth. Because something is old does not make it un-true or un-useable. There is old math and new math, but the answer does not and cannot change. Otherwise, it is no longer math, but it is a lie!
“You must decide whether something is true, or is it false. What standard will you use to make your decisions?
What are you building your life upon? The truth, I hope! So, what is the truth?
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
Truth and Light are building blocks you need to build a successful life! The Bible and the Holy Spirit will confirm what God wants to give you and show you. The combination of hearing God’s voice and knowing His Word is the sure foundation of truth and light you can trust.
Conversation with God opens your understanding of His awesome plans for your life. Light or enlightenment of the truth and perfect will of God can be revealed to you. (Jeremiah 29:11-14)
Conversation is interaction between two or more parties! If the Bible says we should “ask,” it emplies that we are capable of hearing or receiving an answer.
Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who ask receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.
Ask, Seek, Find! When you look into the truth (God’s Word) and believe it, then ask, seek, and find! Use the plumb-line, and then build your house using a reference that is true.
If you are a Christ follower, you can hear His voice (John 10:27-30). Listen and follow. When you do, you will find yourself beside still waters and in green pastures. (Psalm 31)
Find the answers in God’s Word and in the voice of the Holy Spirit who is inside every believer. The Bible is where you discover the Savior and His Spirit.
The answers you need are available for your discovery! They are not in a philosophy or an agenda, not in a religon or an encounter group, they are found in a relationship!
“The answers are found in a person. His name is Jesus!
Blessings,
Fred Hughes
